Answers to some frequently asked questions for your convenience.
Q: How much of a down payment is required?
A: A $300 down payment is required. The down payment is non refundable, but it can be transferred to another cat if you change your mind.
Q: Is there a health guarantee that you provide?
A: Our cats come with a one year health guarantee.
Q: At what age do you allow kittens to leave your home?
A: 10 weeks for local, 12 weeks if shipped out of state.
Q: What vaccines do you do before the kitten goes home?
A: All our kittens are vaccinated with age appropriate vaccinations.
Q: What are your prices?
A: Prices are based on the Pet, Breeder or Show quality of the cat.
Q: What type of food do you recommend?
A: We only use Royal Canine foods. A bag of food will be sent with each kitten.
Q: Do you ship?
A: Yes, normally shipping ranges from $230-$260 + a pet carrier and bed for their comfort.
Breed Questions
Q: How are Savannahs with pets?
A: We socialize out kittens with dogs and other cats. We recommend that you keep your new cat in a bedroom or bathroom for 1 week to allow them time to get used to the surroundings. Slowly introduce pets in a neutral open area.
Q: What type of cat litter do you use?
A: We use Worlds Best. We recommended that you ONLY use the higher end litter to avoid eye and respiratory infections.
Q: How are Savannah cats with children?
A: F3 and later generations are great with children, we do not recommend F1”s or F2”s with small children.
Q: I hear Savannah cats are hypoallergenic?
A: If you have allergies to cats you May Not to a Savannah. The coat has far less dander than a domestic cat. Many folks do fine with Savannahs.
Q: Do they use the litter box?
A: Yes, there no difference in this area compared to domestic cat.
We are a closed cattery to the public. If you have purchased from us in the past and would like to come by, you are welcome to. Anyone interested in purchasing a kitten and would like to have a veiwing 1st, we will make arrangements for you. This policy has been established for the saftey and security of our family and the cats.
